How much does it cost to attend?
The cost is $150/person.
What's Included?
This includes round trip boat fare, meals, snacks and recreational activities. Scholarships are available. Please contact your campus staff or indicated your interest in a scholarship on your registration form.
At The Retreat
What happens at Greek Getaway?
The weekend includes general sessions with a main speaker, a worship band leading times of worship, small group discussions, free time to enjoy the island and relax, great meal times with delicious food and awesome conversation, and a super fun party on Saturday night where you can let loose!

Greek students from across Southern California
Is there free time?
Yes! Saturday afternoon includes a few hours of free time for you to relax, go on a hike, play basketball, ping-pong or volleyball, and, weather permitting, enjoy the waterfront by swimming, kayaking and snorkeling.
Who is the main speaker?
Mindy Meier is an Alpha Chi Omega Alum who is on staff with Greek InterVarsity. She brings a wealth of experience working with Greek students from across the country and is an excellent communicator. It is her passion to see students ask questions, push the envelope and explore the big questions of life.
Getting There
When is it?
Friday Nov. 11th - Sunday, Nov. 13th
You will need to arrive at the dock in Long Beach by 4pm on Friday and we will return to the Long Beach dock around 3pm on Sunday
How do I get there?
You will drive to the Long Beach dock where you will check-in for the retreat. Map of the Long Beach dock. We will board the boat and take a 1 hour, 15 minute boat ride to InterVarsity's Campus by the Sea (CBS) on Catalina Island. See "Where is it?" above for a map of the camp.
Where will I park?
The Catalina Express dock in Long Beach has a parking lot where you'll park for the weekend.
Can I carpool?
Yes - we highly recommend carpooling and carpools will be set up within campuses. Contact your campus staff if you have questions.
